Shipping policy

We ship UNLAWK frames worldwide from our studio in Montréal, Québec. Every order is handled with care, packed in protective casing, and dispatched as soon as it's ready.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our studio.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

During launches, holiday seasons, or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We'll let you know if anything slows down.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders within Canada and the United States. No minimum required.

For all other regions, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

These are carrier estimates after the order has shipped. Customs processing can extend delivery times beyond what the carrier predicts.

International orders, customs, and duties

UNLAWK ships internationally. Once your package leaves Canada, it may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you paid at checkout. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance — please check with your local customs office before placing an international order if you'd like to know what to expect.

If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the customer remains responsible for original shipping costs and any return fees. We will refund the product cost minus those expenses once we receive the package back.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

If you haven't received tracking 5 business days after placing your order, please reach out at info@unlawk.co.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

UNLAWK is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't there:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or other household members
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before actually arriving
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and email us at info@unlawk.co within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed and shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can typically only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After that, the order is in production or shipping queue and we cannot guarantee changes can be made. Email us as soon as possible at info@unlawk.co if you need to adjust an order.

Restricted regions

We currently ship to most countries. A small number of regions are excluded due to carrier restrictions or customs complexity. If your country isn't available at checkout, please reach out — in some cases we can arrange shipping manually.
